Our Story

Since the beginning, The Spaghetti Factory has been known for quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality.  Through a life-long commitment to see every guest happy, and full, John and Barb Gwilt created a legacy.  Homemade sauces, soups, and legendary recipes have garnered years of amazing reviews from a multitude of sources. 

As we enter our 46th season, we continue operating with the simplest recipe to success. Great Food, Great People, and Grateful Ownership, thankful for each and every one of you, our friends, or soon to be friends.  We have been using the same recipe, the same formula since 1978 and will never change that.  Food...... Family....and.....Friendship.
